The Powerblanket® Concrete Curing Blanket extends the work season and ensures that projects stay on-time even in cold-or-freezing weather. In regions where temperatures are consistently below 40°F, it’s difficult to properly and efficiently cure concrete. These concrete curing blankets provide a manageable way to cure concrete 2.8 times faster than conventional methods while maintaining ACI compliance for cold weather concreting. They even cure in warm weather by maintaining consistent, even heat. In just 72 hours, the blankets can produce 3,925 psi of cold-weather concreting strength while maintaining moisture for hydration. These easily-installable blankets prevent freeze cycles and prepare ground prior to the pour, reducing downtime and increasing profitability. The 120V blankets come in a variety of sizes and wattage to fit any jobsite needs.
