Econo FR Tarp
Construction Tarps
The Strong Econo FR Tarp is an economical way to provide fire retardant protection on your jobsite. Like all of our construction tarps, Econo Tarps are white, flame-retardant coated tarpaulins used for building enclosure, construction covers, containment, and weather protection on the jobsite. Fabricated from woven coated polyethylene, the high-quality base material is a rip & tear resistant 7×7 weave. Standard features include 6 mil thickness, double-stitched sewn hems, plastic reinforced corner pieces for added strength and rust-proof grommets. Internal seams with aluminum grommets are standard and provide a durable additional tie-off point. Our tarps can be used in vertical or horizontal applications.
The Econo Tarps is designed to be a temporary enclosure that keeps rain, snow, sleet and wind off of your jobsite. It is suitable for mild wind conditions and low elevation applications.
Like all Strong Man fire retardant products, the Econo FR Tarp is tested by a third-party lab to ensure compliance with the stringent NFPA-701 Method II & BFD 1X-1 fire retardant standards.
